ISO 9001 Certification

What is ISO 9001?

ISO 9001:2015 is the world's most widely used standard for a Quality Management System (QMS). It gives your organization a process-based framework for delivering consistent quality, meeting customer requirements and continually improving. Certification is independent third-party confirmation that your quality system meets the standard — see our accreditation and recognition statement for details of CCI's accreditation.

Who needs ISO 9001 certification?

  • Manufacturers and exporters bidding for tenders or supplying demanding markets
  • Service organizations that want to prove consistent, reliable delivery
  • Growing businesses that need repeatable processes as they scale

How certification works

After application review, certification is a two-stage assessment: a Stage 1 documentation and readiness review, followed by a Stage 2 audit of your system in operation. An independent decision maker then reviews the findings and decides whether to certify. Certificates are valid for three years, with annual surveillance audits.

Why certify with Company Certification International

CCI's role is certification: application review, Stage 1 and Stage 2 audits, an independent certification decision, and ongoing surveillance. See our accreditation and recognition statement for details of our accreditation. If you'd like help preparing or maintaining your QMS documentation, that support is available separately through ISOXPERT Management & IT Consultants. CCI does not provide management-system consultancy, documentation drafting or implementation support. Engaging ISOXPERT Management & IT Consultants — an independent consulting and technology firm under common ownership with CCI — any other consultant, or no consultant has no bearing on any certification decision.
