Auditor Network

Join CCI's audit panel

Company Certification International (CCI) contracts auditors and technical experts to its audit panel against published competence criteria — here is who we look for, what we require, and how evaluation works.

Who we look for

We contract auditors and technical experts across ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO/IEC 27001, ISO 22000 and related management-system standards. Panel members are based in Pakistan or audit remotely, and are engaged as independent contractors on a per-assignment basis — not as employees.

Competence criteria

Every panel auditor and technical expert is evaluated against these criteria before appointment, in line with ISO/IEC 17021-1:2015 §7.1 and ISO 19011.

Recognised lead-auditor training for the relevant standard — for example, a 40-hour lead auditor course — with a valid certificate.

Demonstrable audit experience, evidenced by audit logs.

Relevant sector experience, mapped to IAF/NACE technical areas.

Degree-level or equivalent professional background in a relevant discipline.

Fluency in English and/or Urdu, as the assignment requires.

A commitment to continuing professional development (CPD), with records maintained.

How evaluation works

Every applicant undergoes a documented review of their CV, qualifications and audit logs, followed by reference checks. Before any assignment, each panel member signs an impartiality and confidentiality declaration. Ongoing monitoring includes witness audits, and competence is formally reviewed at least annually.

Where an audit is delivered for a partner certification body, that body approves each auditor individually and authorises every audit team per assignment — appointment to CCI's panel is not itself an authorisation to audit.

Impartiality rules you accept

Panel auditors provide no management-system consultancy to any organization while on the panel.

An auditor never audits an organization they have consulted for within the preceding two years, per ISO/IEC 17021-1.

All interests are declared and recorded in CCI's conflict-of-interest register.
