During the audit: we use common remote-auditing tools — video conferencing, screen sharing and secure document exchange — chosen with you to suit the complexity of the audit and the sensitivity of the information involved.

Evidence integrity: audit evidence gathered remotely is checked for authenticity and completeness before it is relied on in the audit conclusion, following CCI's documented procedures for remote evidence handling.

Confidentiality and retention: information shared during a remote audit — whether by video call, screen share or document transfer — is treated as confidential. We retain only what is necessary to demonstrate compliance with our documented procedures, processed and stored in a secure, access-controlled environment.
