How certification works

After application review, a Stage 1 documentation and readiness review is followed by a Stage 2 audit of your QMS in operation — both scheduled locally out of our Karachi office. An independent decision maker then reviews the findings and decides whether to certify. Certificates are valid three years with annual surveillance audits.

Certification fees for Pakistani clients are fixed in PKR and cover the Stage 1 and Stage 2 audits, the independent certification decision, and your certificate. Documentation and training, if you choose to arrange them, are separate and can be sourced from any provider you choose.
