1. Application Review

We confirm scope, sites and eligibility for audit.

2. Stage 1 Audit

A documentation and readiness review against ISO 45001:2018.

3. Stage 2 Audit

An audit of your OHSMS in operation.

4. Independent Certification Decision

A decision maker independent of the audit team decides whether to certify.

5. Certificate and Annual Surveillance

Certificates are valid three years, with annual surveillance audits.
